Short and honest: what you accept by using this service.

What this is

Athena and the tools on it (right now: Tilvar) are one person's hobby project, not a company's product. By signing up, or by using it as a guest, you accept what follows. It is written in plain language because it is meant to be an honest explanation, not a contract.

No warranty, outages can happen

The service is offered "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The AI model can make mistakes; in particular, translation output should never be relied on, unverified, for official, medical, legal or financial decisions. Because this runs on a single server operated by one person, outages can happen from maintenance, power loss or hardware failure, sometimes without notice.

Acceptable use: what you may not use your account for

Producing or sharing illegal content, or infringing someone else's rights (copyright, personality rights, privacy).
Producing malware, phishing, fraud, or content meant to gain unauthorized access to another system.
Abusing the service: automated scraping, opening multiple accounts to get around daily limits, sharing or reselling your API key, deliberately overloading the server.
Passing the model's output off as something a real person said or as coming from an official source.

If I notice this

If I notice a rule being broken I warn first; if it continues, or the breach is serious, I can suspend or delete the account. This is not a court ruling, just a one-person project protecting itself.

Content and ownership

Text you type or ask to be translated, and images/audio/documents you upload, are yours; I use them only to run them through the model and for nothing else, and I do not sell them (see the Privacy notice). You may use the model's translations and replies however you like; you are responsible for checking they are correct.

Free; Supporter status is a voluntary contribution

No feature is sold and there is no subscription. Contributions through Coffee are voluntary and grant Supporter status; tax and refund rules are explained in the Privacy notice. Not contributing restricts none of your rights — the free tier keeps working regardless.

Changes

This text can change as the project develops; a meaningful change updates this page's date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current text.

Governing law

This text and its use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the server and its operator are located there.
